Due to we have opened the resort Baan Rabiang Khao, about 2 years ago at Nong Nok Noi Village, Hin Lek Fai Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan. We have rooms and only breakfast for guests. The zone in which the resort is located will focus on the mountain view, privacy and not crowded like in the city.
Most of the customers who stay will prepare fresh food to grill themselves in the evening. According to the concept of Baan Rabiang Khao that let everyone come to rest and have activities together, which we will prepare the kitchen equipment for guests.
If a customer stays monthly, most are foreigners who are not cooking will often ask our cook to cook for them.
Customers who come to use our place for the event will focus on the outdoors and our food is only prepared for breakfast only, for dinner we will order from the outside restaurant to serve.
So, we have the idea that we should have good restaurants and cafes to serve customers who come to stay with us. While also allowing customers who do not want to come to town to come and have good coffee, delicious food, a good atmosphere here as well.
Due to our land has a panoramic view with views of fruit and vegetable plots and mountains.
In addition, the villagers and the people who live here have a main occupation which is agriculture, farming and have skill in the creation of various things. So, we come up with the concept that our store must be a store that preserves nature.
Everyone able to sit, work, enjoy the scenery and meeting with no rush. If hungry also has simple food but the taste is delicious to eat. Equipment used in the shop must not have any parts to destroy nature like plastic and raw materials used in restaurants. We intend to use the raw materials that we grow by ourselves, such as vegetable, salad, must not use chemical fertilizer, pesticides or eggs must be organic eggs. So that customers come in to get food, eat quality food and get good health back. Plus, there are shooting spots for check in to share naturalness and the view of the mountains for everyone who visits.
In the building, there is also a shop selling vegetables from the resort such as organic bananas, potatoes and craft products like wooden tissue boxes, wooden handicrafts made by villagers and sell at our shop too.
We intend to be a coffee shop, restaurant and viewpoint that everyone will think of if coming to Hua Hin.
